When Mark Wright, founder of MAP Medical Solutions, LLC and an orthopedic surgeon practicing in southern Idaho, recognized that removing or replacing well-fixed hip stems remained an outdated and labor-intensive process that could limit optimal patient outcomes, he developed the Wright‑Out Hip Stem Extractor System to provide a more efficient and clinically effective solution.
